Admission Process

Panchsheel Academy have a set of courses to cater all needs as well as aspiration of students that aims to benchmark the excellence of academic. Panchsheel Academy grant admission for the students only when they successfully clear the aptitude tests for admissions. Parental interaction from the Class 1 and onwards is also most important to meet the criteria for admission. Panchsheel Academy includes.

Eligibility

  1. 2.5 years old complete for the Pre-Nursery
  2. 3+ years old complete for the Nursery
  3. 4+ years old complete for the KG
  4. 5+ years old complete as for the Std 1

Admission Procedure

  • 1st Stage : Submit online inquiry form on the Panchsheel Academy official website or you can visit the school admissions office.
  • 2nd Stage : Counsellors from Panchsheel Academy will get back to you with answers to all the queries.
  • 3rd Stage : Parents or Guardians can visit the school campus for filling out admission forms with the Panchsheel Academy admission fee.
  • 4th Stage Parents will be informed about the important dates of curriculum or parent-teacher interactions.
  • 5th Stage : Aptitude tests for KG classes and above are conducted and students need to appear for the same.

Documents to be attached at the time of submission of forms:

  1. Recent passport size colour photograph of the child, father and mother, duly pasted on specified place marked on the Admission Form.
  2. Attested photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate.
  3. Attested photocopy of Aadhar card/UID card issued in the name of any of the Child and parents.
  4. Attested photocopy of residence proof (for e.g.) :-
    1. Ration card issue in the name of parents (Mother / Father having name of child).
    2. Domicile certificate of the child or of his / her parents
    3. Voter I-Card (EPIC) of any parents.
  5. Attested Photocopy of Identity Card / Latest Fee Bill of the sibling issued by the School office for 2020 – 21
  6. Attested Photocopy of Identity Card / Latest Fee Bill of the sibling issued by the School office for 2020 – 21
  7. Caste Certificate (Only in case of SC / ST / OBS or Minority class)
  8. Transfer Certificate where applicable.
  9. Progress sheet of the last examination taken

Original documents to be produced at the time of admission. The parents will be responsible for all entries in the Admission Form vis a vis its authenticity. If false entries are detected on verification at anytime, the same will lead to disqualification of the candidature, even if admitted.
Scrutiny of forms and the final selection will be subject to further orders / circulars issued by Directorate of Education Bhopal.
